Timex FDD 3000

Timex FDD 3000 is separate komputer dedicated to work with floppy drives. Has Z80 CPU @ 4MHz, 64kB DRAM and 128 bytes of ROM with boot code. Cannot work without software loaded from disk.

There were two operating system used. One is TOS A.2, the second is CP/M 2.2. Since 1993 also the CPM22QED is available for this harware.

On the right hand side of the mainboard there's a slot, that can be used to connect YABUS.TF with more memory and HDD interface.

FDD 6000

A clone of Timex FDD 3000 produced by Stavi in Poland, has build-in 5.25" drive.
