SamRam : ZX Spectrum

Extra 32kB SRAM under ZXROM and support to two 32kB upper banks in ZX Spectrum 80kB.

Simulation in ZX Spectrum 4MB

The SamRam could be simulated in ZX Spectrum upgraded to 4MB RAM with or without FlashD0. A program could be written to install the SamRam ROM code with the required patches into wrte-protected RAM or FlashD0 ROM.
